Kent & Fraser bake in small batches in their London bakery, which works only with gluten-free ingredients. This is their lemon butter shortbread — proper buttery shortbread (34% butter) made sharp and bright with lemon juice, zest and a little lemon oil. Rich and short, with a clean citrus lift.
You wouldn't guess it's gluten-free, and it's certified for coeliacs. A Great Taste winner, and a natural companion to a cup of tea. Net weight 125g. Suitable for vegetarians.
