Farmhouse Biscuits Honey & Oat Biscuits 200g

Honey and Oat Biscuits are oat biscuits sweetened with 8% honey, in a 200g pack. Farmhouse Biscuits bake them in Nelson, Lancashire, where the McIvor family have baked to their own recipes and traditional methods since the business began in a farmhouse kitchen in 1962.

Rolled oats make up 45% of the biscuit, with rapeseed and sustainable palm oils, sugar, honey, salt and flavourings. No wheat flour, no butter and no egg in the recipe. The producer describes them as sweet and rich, and the honey shows in the colour and in a rounder sweetness than the plain oat flip. The texture is crumbly with a firm bite from the oats.

They are a mid-morning biscuit with a mug of Britannia Brew or a cup of Cornish Coffee Original. Crushed, they make a base for a cheesecake, and a couple in a lunchbox travel better than cake. The producer's own note is that they are good for sharing, if you are willing.

A 200g pack. Contains gluten from oats, and may contain egg, milk, soya and tree nuts. The producer lists them as suitable for vegetarians and vegans. Store in a tin once opened.

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, missing an item, or not as described, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the packaging and the affected item. Please keep all packaging until we've reviewed the issue.
