A 66% dark chocolate bar made in Orford, Suffolk by Pump Street Chocolate, a family-run bean-to-bar maker working above their own bakery.
The sourdough is baked by hand, dried, and stone-milled into the chocolate — adding quiet texture and a savoury note that pulls against the cocoa. The salt is harvested in Anglesey.
Best eaten slowly, with black coffee or a glass of something dark and wintry.
