A 200g carton of butter biscuits with butterscotch chips and sea salt, baked by Cartwright & Butler, the Arnett family's bakery at Gilberdyke in the East Riding of Yorkshire.
The baker says salted caramel was crying out to be used in a biscuit. Salted butter is 30% of the recipe, with 8% butterscotch chips, fine sea salt and natural butterscotch flavouring.

200g of biscuits in a carton. Contains wheat (gluten), milk and soya. May contain egg, nuts and mustard. Store in a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight. Once opened, keep airtight and eat within two weeks.
