Black Bee Honey British Spring

Sale price£7.00

A single-source honey, foraged in spring from rapeseed, hawthorn and plum blossom. Soft set, creamy, lightly sweet — the kind that sits on warm toast and slowly disappears.

A 227g jar of unpasteurised English honey from Black Bee Honey, the B Corp–certified beekeeper collective based in Frome, Somerset. The blossom is foraged in Somerset, Yorkshire and Northamptonshire; every jar is single-source, with the beekeeper's name and apiary location printed on the label.

Black Bee was founded by Paul and Chris, who met in an office and ended up keeping bees on London rooftops together. The honey is gently warmed, coarse-filtered to keep the pollen and the character intact, and never blended. Two percent of turnover funds wildflower meadows — over twenty acres planted so far. Every jar is carbon-neutral.

Great Taste Award winner. Taste of the West Gold, 2021.

For toast, porridge, baking, or a spoon stirred into something hot. Not suitable for babies under twelve months. As it is unprocessed, the honey may set further over time — warm gently to reliquefy.

Made In England Black Bee Honey, soft-set British Spring honey in a glass jar with a black lid and a green illustrated label.
