A single-source honey, foraged in spring from rapeseed, hawthorn and plum blossom. Soft set, creamy, lightly sweet, the kind that sits on warm toast and slowly disappears.

A 227g jar of unpasteurised English honey from Black Bee Honey, the B Corp-certified beekeeper collective based in Frome, Somerset. The blossom is foraged in Somerset, Yorkshire and Northamptonshire; every jar is single-source, with the beekeeper's name and apiary location printed on the label.

Black Bee was founded by Paul and Chris, who met in an office and ended up keeping bees on London rooftops together. The honey is gently warmed, coarse-filtered to keep the pollen and the character intact, and never blended. Two percent of turnover funds wildflower meadows, with over twenty acres planted so far. Every jar is carbon-neutral.

For toast, porridge, baking, or a spoon stirred into something hot. Not suitable for babies under twelve months. As it is unprocessed, the honey may set further over time; warm it gently to reliquefy.

Delivery & Returns

Delivery

Because we send food and drink, we keep transit times short and never let parcels sit in depots over the weekend. All orders are dispatched Monday to Thursday and delivered next day via DPD or APC Overnight, depending on contents.

Non-liquid orders travel with DPD and include a one-hour delivery window, so you know exactly when to expect your parcel. Orders containing wine, spirits or other liquids are sent via APC Overnight's specialist liquid service, where parcels are hand-sorted and kept in dedicated cages throughout transit.

Order by 12pm (midday) for next-day delivery. Orders placed after midday on Thursday, or over the weekend, are dispatched the following Monday. We do not deliver on Saturdays or Sundays.

Standard delivery is £6.95, free on orders over £60.

Returns

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, missing an item, or not as described, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the outer packaging, inner packaging, and affected item as received.

Please keep all packaging until we have reviewed the issue, as we may be unable to assess damage claims where the item or packaging has been discarded.
