Oxford Cheese Company

Oxford Blue was created in 1995 by Robert Pouget, who had opened a cheese shop in Oxford's Covered Market with Gerry Stevens in 1983. It is a creamy blue in the tradition of Stilton and was first made in a Stilton dairy. The Oxford Cheese Company says production has been settled in Oxfordshire since 2013.
