Hodmedod's

Hodmedod's grew out of a 2009 project on how Norwich could feed itself, which found fava beans grown round the city but little eaten there. Josiah Meldrum and his co-founders launched it in 2012 and work from Brampton in Suffolk, where a hodmedod is a snail. In 2014 they sold the first quinoa grown in this country, from farms in Essex.
