Highfield Preserves

Highfield Preserves began in 1984 on the family Aga in the Fraser household in Devon. Jennifer Fraser started with mustards made with red and white wine from the family vineyard at Highfield House, then moved on to preserves. Her son Don and his wife Emma now run the business from Willand, a village just outside Tiverton.
