Golden Cross Cheese

Kevin and Alison Blunt make Golden Cross with their son Matthew at Greenacres Farm, Holmes Hill, East Sussex. They have made cheese since 1989, and the turning point was meeting a Frenchman who was selling his goats and cheesemaking business. The milk comes from their own herd, the curd is ladled by hand and each log is dusted with charcoal.
