Big Ginger Sauce Co

Pirbright in Surrey is where the Big Ginger Sauce Co was born, and it is run by Pete, known as Big Ginge. It began with a few chilli plants in the garden and sauce shared with friends and neighbours, and launched officially in June 2023. Every batch is made in-house with fresh or fermented chillies and no gums or thickeners.
