The Natural Spa Mini Travel Wash Kit

An aluminium tin holding four mini solid wash bars, made by The Natural Spa in East Devon: two soaps, a shampoo bar and a conditioner bar, 15g each. Everything you need for a weekend away, with nothing that can leak in a bag.

The Breathe soap is scented with spearmint, eucalyptus and rosemary; Into the Night uses eucalyptus and tea tree with activated charcoal. The shampoo and conditioner are both Spearmint Eucalyptus. The soaps and conditioner travel unwrapped in the tin, and the shampoo comes in a small manila envelope that can go in the compost. The tin itself can be recycled kerbside, though most people keep it.

Keep one in the gym bag, the car or a desk drawer, or give it to someone with a trip coming up. For a hair-only version, the Conditioner Bar Sampler holds four mini conditioners, and the Peppermint Lip Balm fits in the same pocket. Let the bars dry between uses.

The Natural Spa was started in 2016 by Zoe Strassen, then 18 and fresh from a chef apprenticeship, in a shed at the bottom of her parents' garden. It now works from a small workshop at Woodbury Salterton in East Devon, making everything by hand in small batches.
