Stokes make their hot sauces at the Old Stable in Rendlesham, Suffolk, and the Habanero is the one that earned them a 2-Star Great Taste Award - the independent recognition that confirms what the flavour makes apparent from the first drop. Fermented red habanero chilli with mango, ginger, rapeseed oil and spices, producing a hot sauce with genuine depth behind the heat rather than heat alone.

The Great Taste judges noted a delicious aroma with deep vinegar notes and a fruity sweetness that the heat sits on top of rather than replacing. A shake on chicken wings, a drop in a chilli, enough to transform rather than merely season.

English-made in Suffolk, vegan and gluten-free. Use it carefully to begin with. 150ml.

Delivery

Because we send food and drink, we keep transit times short and never let parcels sit in depots over the weekend. All orders are dispatched Monday to Thursday and delivered next day via DPD or APC Overnight, depending on contents.

Non-liquid orders travel with DPD and include a one-hour delivery window, so you know exactly when to expect your parcel. Orders containing wine, spirits or other liquids are sent via APC Overnight's specialist liquid service, where parcels are hand-sorted and kept in dedicated cages throughout transit.

Order by 12pm (midday) for next-day delivery. Orders placed after midday on Thursday, or over the weekend, are dispatched the following Monday. We do not deliver on Saturdays or Sundays.

Standard delivery is £6.95, free on orders over £60.

Returns

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, missing an item, or not as described, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the outer packaging, inner packaging, and affected item as received.

Please keep all packaging until we have reviewed the issue, as we may be unable to assess damage claims where the item or packaging has been discarded.
