Stokes Habanero Hot Sauce 150ml

Stokes make their hot sauces at the Old Stable in Rendlesham, Suffolk, and the Habanero is the one that earned them a 2-Star Great Taste Award, the independent recognition that confirms what the flavour makes apparent from the first drop. Fermented red habanero chilli with mango, ginger, rapeseed oil and spices, producing a hot sauce with genuine depth behind the heat rather than heat alone.

The Great Taste judges noted a delicious aroma with deep vinegar notes and a fruity sweetness that the heat sits on top of rather than replacing. A shake on chicken wings, a drop in a chilli, enough to transform rather than merely season.

English-made in Suffolk, vegan and gluten-free. Use it carefully to begin with. 150ml.

We send food and drink, so parcels never wait in depots over the weekend. Order by midday, Monday to Thursday, for next-day delivery: DPD with a one-hour window for most orders, APC Overnight's specialist liquid service for anything containing wine, spirits or other liquids. Orders after midday Thursday, or over the weekend, dispatch on Monday.

Cheese is cut fresh to order and sent chilled, dispatched every Monday and Wednesday. Everything in your order ships together in one insulated box, arriving the next day.

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, missing an item, or not as described, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the packaging and the affected item. Please keep all packaging until we've reviewed the issue.
