Tracklements Rocket Hot Sauce

Tracklements make this hot sauce at Easton Grey in Wiltshire, where a fiery pairing of bird's eye and scotch bonnet chillies does the heavy lifting. Red peppers and onions are cooked down with cider vinegar, a little raw cane sugar and sea salt, then the chillies are stirred through for a clean, building heat.

The colour is deep red, the texture pourable, the punch considerable. This is a shot of molten lava for people who like things hot. Each bottle holds 150ml.

Shake the bottle, then splash it over burgers, tacos, curries and fajitas, or stir a little into a marinade. A few drops go a long way. English-made and suitable for vegans, gluten free. Keep it in the fridge once opened and give it a good shake before use.

Delivery

We send food and drink, so parcels never wait in depots over the weekend. Order by midday, Monday to Thursday, for next-day delivery: DPD with a one-hour window for most orders, APC Overnight's specialist liquid service for anything containing wine, spirits or other liquids. Orders after midday Thursday, or over the weekend, dispatch on Monday.

Cheese is cut fresh to order and sent chilled, dispatched every Monday and Wednesday. Everything in your order ships together in one insulated box, arriving the next day.

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, missing an item, or not as described, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the packaging and the affected item. Please keep all packaging until we've reviewed the issue.
