Pump Street West Papua 70% Drinking Chocolate
Dark chocolate shaved into flakes, made to melt slowly into warm milk.
A 70% single-origin drinking chocolate made in Orford, Suffolk by Pump Street Chocolate, a family-run bean-to-bar maker working above their own bakery.
The cocoa comes from the Ebier Suth Cokran cooperative in Ransiki, West Papua, a community farm established in 2017. Pump Street make the chocolate from bean to bar, then shave it into flakes that melt into warm milk for a richer, smoother cup than powdered cocoa. Notes of almond, olive oil and sour cherry.
Twelve servings per tin. Works in a Velvetiser or a pan on the stove.

Orders containing wine, spirits or other liquids are sent via APC Overnight's specialist liquid service, where parcels are hand-sorted and kept in dedicated cages throughout transit.
Order by 12pm (midday) for next-day delivery. Orders placed after midday on Thursday, or over the weekend, are dispatched the following Monday. We do not deliver on Saturdays or Sundays.
Standard delivery is £6.95, free on orders over £60.
