Popcorn Shed Movie Night Popcorn Seasoning Kit 625g

A make your own popcorn kit from Popcorn Shed, the London company that started in a garden shed and still works from what it calls Shedquarters in Palmers Green. The box holds 500g of popping kernels and five 25g tubs of seasoning.

The five are Salt & Vinegar, Sweet Chilli, Maple Bacon, Chocolate and Toffee. The savoury ones are built on rice flour, salt and natural flavourings, with onion, yeast extract and cayenne in the sweet chilli and smoked sugar and maple syrup in the maple bacon; the sweet ones are mostly sugar with cocoa or molasses. There is nothing in any of them that is not vegan or gluten free, and the maker says no two kernels pop the same, so the point is to make a pan of plain popcorn and let everyone shake on their own.
