Montezuma's White Chocolate Candy Cane Bar 90g

A 90g bar of white chocolate with peppermint and crunchy sugar pearls from Montezuma's, who have made chocolate at Chichester in West Sussex for more than twenty years.

The bar is 91% white chocolate, made with cocoa butter, sugar and milk powder, with 8% sugar pearls and a drop of peppermint oil. The pearls are the candy cane part, the crunch running through the creamy chocolate, and the peppermint is cool rather than sharp. The maker calls it Christmas spirit wrapped in white chocolate. No palm oil, no colourings, no preservatives, and the box and wrap both recycle.

This is the bar for a stocking, a Secret Santa or a Christmas Eve box, and the one to open while wrapping presents.
