Three biscuits in one gift box from Lottie Shaw's, baked in Brighouse, West Yorkshire: Triple Chocolate, Oatmeal and Raisin, and Yorkshire Ginger Parkin and Chocolate.
The Triple Chocolate biscuits are scratch baked with dark chocolate couverture and Belgian white and dark chocolate chips. The Oatmeal and Raisin biscuits come from a family recipe passed down three generations, with golden baked oatmeal, chopped raisins and a hint of cinnamon, and they are vegan. The Ginger Parkin and Chocolate biscuits use the bakery's parkin biscuit recipe of oatmeal, ginger and black treacle with Belgian dark chocolate chunks. The maker says the ginger parkin and chocolate and the oatmeal and raisin biscuits have both won a Great Taste Award.
The maker gives the box a minimum shelf life of 3 months from baking. Packaging may vary. If you leave a gift message at checkout, add it in the order notes.
Allergens: wheat (gluten), oats, egg, milk and soya, with each biscuit's own allergens listed in the ingredients section. The maker warns they may contain traces of barley and sulphites. There are no nuts in the box, but the bakery handles nuts (almonds). Suitable for vegetarians.
