Lottie Shaw's Winter Spiced Shortbread Stars

Winter Spiced Shortbread Stars from Lottie Shaw's, baked in Brighouse, West Yorkshire. They start from the bakery's all butter shortbread rounds and add a seasonal spice blend of cassia cinnamon, coriander, ginger, allspice, clove and nutmeg.

The shortbread itself is wheat flour, butter, sugar and rice flour, and the spice is the only other ingredient. Have them with a cup of tea, share them round, or add a box to a Christmas hamper.

Allergens: wheat (gluten) and milk. The maker warns they may contain traces of barley, oats, egg, soya and sulphites. Suitable for vegetarians.
