Four gingerbread snowmen from Lottie Shaw's, baked in Brighouse, West Yorkshire. The gingerbread is cut into snowman shapes and decorated with a chocolate flavoured coating, red icing and chocolate in sugar shells.
Each snowman is individually wrapped and the four come in a box, which makes them easy to use as stocking fillers, hamper additions or Christmas Eve box treats.
