Folkington's Pure Squeezed Orange Juice 250ml

Orange juice in a 250ml glass bottle, bottled by Folkington's at Polegate in East Sussex, a family-owned drinks business that uses only not-from-concentrate juice, squeezed soon after picking. One ingredient: 100% pure orange juice, with no preservatives or additives.

The oranges are late-harvested Valencia Late fruit blended with early-harvest varieties including Navelina and Salustiana, grown by farming co-operatives mainly in the Valencia region of Spain. The producer describes the result as fresh orange juice with slight bitter notes at the end, typical of oranges grown in Spain rather than the tropics. In the glass that reads as proper orange flavour, sweet up front, with a faint pithy edge on the finish that stops it tasting like squash.

Serve it chilled with breakfast, where it belongs beside toast and Mrs Darlington's Medium Cut Orange Marmalade, or pour it into a flute with Nyetimber Classic Cuvée Sparkling Wine for a proper Buck's Fizz. It works as a mixer for a long drink too, and as one of the bottles in a breakfast hamper alongside the soft drinks collection.

We send food and drink, so parcels never wait in depots over the weekend. Order by midday, Monday to Thursday, for next-day delivery: DPD with a one-hour window for most orders, APC Overnight's specialist liquid service for anything containing wine, spirits or other liquids. Orders after midday Thursday, or over the weekend, dispatch on Monday.

Cheese is cut fresh to order and sent chilled, dispatched every Monday and Wednesday. Everything in your order ships together in one insulated box, arriving the next day.

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, missing an item, or not as described, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the packaging and the affected item. Please keep all packaging until we've reviewed the issue.
