Folkington's Guava & Dragonfruit Drink 250ml

A guava and dragonfruit juice drink in a 250ml glass bottle, bottled by Folkington's at Polegate in East Sussex, a family-owned drinks business that uses only not-from-concentrate juice and purée, pressed soon after picking. It is one of the newer bottles in the range and the most unusual.

The drink is 27% pure fruit: 16% guava purée from Brazil, 9% dragonfruit purée from Vietnam and 2% lemon juice, in water with grape syrup and natural flavouring. The producer describes it as a vibrant drink with a natural sweetness and tropical taste from these two fruits. The guava carries most of the flavour, thick and tropical; the dragonfruit gives the colour; and the lemon keeps the sweetness in check so it finishes clean.

Pour it over ice on a warm afternoon, or lengthen it with sparkling water. It makes an easy alcohol-free option at a party next to Belvoir Organic Sparkling Elderflower 750ml, and a measure of Salcombe Gin Rose Sainte Marie topped up with it makes a pink, fruity long drink. Chill a few bottles for a brunch table, or add one to a hamper from the soft drinks collection.

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, missing an item, or not as described, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the packaging and the affected item. Please keep all packaging until we've reviewed the issue.
