Description

There are chocolatiers, and then there is Charbonnel et Walker. Established on Bond Street in 1875 at the personal encouragement of the Prince of Wales, they have been making chocolate in England longer than anyone. The Heritage Collection is drawn from nearly 150 years of recipe archives: the flavours that endured every decade and kept people coming back.

Twenty-one pieces in 70% fine dark chocolate. The Falstaff, a marzipan, whisky and hazelnut praline piece and the first chocolate Madame Charbonnel and Mrs Walker ever made, sits alongside Amandes, Crème Cassis, Caramel Noix and Lemon Coconut. Each piece is enrobed by hand and presented in the house's signature navy and gold gift box. Nothing has been updated for trend. These are the originals.

Delivery & Returns

Delivery

Because we send food and drink, we keep transit times short and never let parcels sit in depots over the weekend. All orders are dispatched Monday to Thursday and delivered next day via DPD or APC Overnight, depending on contents.

Non-liquid orders travel with DPD and include a one-hour delivery window, so you know exactly when to expect your parcel. Orders containing wine, spirits or other liquids are sent via APC Overnight's specialist liquid service, where parcels are hand-sorted and kept in dedicated cages throughout transit.

Order by 12pm (midday) for next-day delivery. Orders placed after midday on Thursday, or over the weekend, are dispatched the following Monday. We do not deliver on Saturdays or Sundays.

Standard delivery is £4.95, free on orders over £50.

Returns

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, missing an item, or not as described, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the outer packaging, inner packaging, and affected item as received.

Please keep all packaging until we have reviewed the issue, as we may be unable to assess damage claims where the item or packaging has been discarded.
