The Fine Cheese Co.

The Fine Cheese Co. was founded in 1990 by Ann-Marie Dyas and has its original shop in Bath. Its crackers are baked by its sister bakery in Ashbourne in the Derbyshire Dales. The bakery began as a family concern in the Peak District in the early 1930s and joined The Fine Cheese Co. in 2007.
