St Jude Cheese
St Jude is made by Julie Cheyney and Blake Bowden at Oakalby Dairy in Wheatacre, Norfolk, near Beccles. Julie first made it in Hampshire, later moved to Suffolk, and in July 2025 settled in a new creamery on the Burroughs family's farm. The raw milk comes from that one herd and the curd is ladled into its moulds by hand.
