Imogen Royall and Matt Kenyon began selling bags of spelt pasta from a market stall in Kendal in 2022, after Imogen came across spelt while working in a bakery. Their spelt is grown by Ed Horton in the Cotswolds. The pasta is made at their factory in Carnforth, pushed through bronze dies and slow dried for 20 hours.
