Hampshire Cheese Company

Stacey Hedges founded Hampshire Cheese Company at Herriard in 2005 and developed Tunworth with cheesemaker Charlotte Spruce. Butlers Farmhouse Cheeses bought the business in March 2024 and now makes Tunworth and Winslade at its farmhouse dairy in Inglewhite, Lancashire. Tunworth is still made entirely by hand and packed in a poplar box.
