Description

Inspired by a relish Tracklements tried in France, this is made by soaking plump figs in spiced vinegar before cooking them gently with rich, dark sugar. The result is at once tangy and sweet, and very good with soft cheeses.

Gluten free and suitable for vegans. Refrigerate after opening. 210g.

Cheese is cut fresh to order and sent chilled, dispatched every Monday and Wednesday. Everything in your order ships together in one insulated box, arriving the next day.
