Tracklements Sriracha Chilli Sauce
Tracklements make their condiments by hand in Wiltshire, and this is their Recipe No. 75 — a sriracha built on fermented red chillies for a deep, rounded heat rather than a flat burn. Tangy and warming, with garlic and a savoury backbone from fish sauce.
Splash it on cheese on toast, a fried egg, fritters, or stir it through mayo. A Great Taste winner. Net volume 150ml.
