There are three ways to add heat to a plate. Stokes have bottled all three at their Old Stable in Rendlesham, Suffolk, where they have been making sauces and condiments since 1980.

Sweet Chilli Sauce for the glaze and the dip, fruity, warm and versatile enough to improve most things it touches. Chilli Ketchup for the tomato base with a kick that earns its place next to a bacon sandwich. And Habanero Hot Sauce for when you mean business, fermented red habanero, a 2-Star Great Taste Award winner, with a depth that most hot sauces spend their whole shelf life failing to achieve.

English-made in Suffolk, from a family business who have spent four decades getting condiments right. The gift for the person who seasons everything twice and means it.

Delivery & Returns

Delivery

Because we send food and drink, we keep transit times short and never let parcels sit in depots over the weekend. All orders are dispatched Monday to Thursday and delivered next day via DPD or APC Overnight, depending on contents.

Non-liquid orders travel with DPD and include a one-hour delivery window, so you know exactly when to expect your parcel. Orders containing wine, spirits or other liquids are sent via APC Overnight's specialist liquid service, where parcels are hand-sorted and kept in dedicated cages throughout transit.

Order by 12pm (midday) for next-day delivery. Orders placed after midday on Thursday, or over the weekend, are dispatched the following Monday. We do not deliver on Saturdays or Sundays.

Standard delivery is £6.95, free on orders over £60.

Returns

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, missing an item, or not as described, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the outer packaging, inner packaging, and affected item as received.

Please keep all packaging until we have reviewed the issue, as we may be unable to assess damage claims where the item or packaging has been discarded.
