Description

There are three ways to add heat to a plate. Stokes have bottled all three at their Old Stable in Rendlesham, Suffolk, where they have been making sauces and condiments since 1980.

Sweet Chilli Sauce for the glaze and the dip, fruity, warm and versatile enough to improve most things it touches. Chilli Ketchup for the tomato base with a kick that earns its place next to a bacon sandwich. And Habanero Hot Sauce for when you mean business, fermented red habanero, a 2-Star Great Taste Award winner, with a depth that most hot sauces spend their whole shelf life failing to achieve.

English-made in Suffolk, from a family business who have spent four decades getting condiments right. The gift for the person who seasons everything twice and means it.

Ingredients:
White Wine Vinegar, Water, Fermented Red Habanero Chilli Purée (11%) (Red Habanero Chilli, Salt, Acid: Acetic Acid), Onion Puree, Tomato Puree, Unrefined Raw Cane Sugar, Mango (8%), Cornflour, Rapeseed Oil, Garlic Puree, Ginger Puree, Spices, Sea Salt, Preservative Sorbic Acid, (Sulphites).

Chilli Ketchup

Ingredients:
Tomatoes (169g in 100g Ketchup), Unrefined Raw Cane Sugar, Spirit Vinegar, Red Chilli Purée (3%) Cornflour, Sea Salt, Cayenne Pepper, Garlic Purée.

Sweet Chilli Sauce

Ingredients:
Sugar (46%), Water, Spirit Vinegar, Red Chillies (5%), Thickener: Modified Maize Starch, Dried Red Peppers (2%), Red Chilli Purée, Onion, Sea Salt, Tomato Purée, Garlic Powder, Preservative: Sorbic Acid.

Delivery

We send food and drink, so parcels never wait in depots over the weekend. Order by midday, Monday to Thursday, for next-day delivery: DPD with a one-hour window for most orders, APC Overnight's specialist liquid service for anything containing wine, spirits or other liquids. Orders after midday Thursday, or over the weekend, dispatch on Monday.

Cheese is cut fresh to order and sent chilled, dispatched every Monday and Wednesday. Everything in your order ships together in one insulated box, arriving the next day.

Delivery £4.95, free on orders over £50. Chilled delivery £5.95.

Returns

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, missing an item, or not as described, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the packaging and the affected item. Please keep all packaging until we've reviewed the issue.
