All Jigsaw Puzzles Yorkshire Historical Map 1610 1000 Piece Jigsaw Puzzle

A 1000 piece jigsaw of the county of Yorkshire as it was drawn around 1610, made by All Jigsaw Puzzles at its factory in Hatherleigh, Devon.

The map comes from the work of the English cartographer John Speed (1552 to 1629), who published an atlas called The Theatre of the Empire of Great Britaine. His county maps gained a great reputation as some of the best of their day.

Each puzzle comes with a free colour guide print. It is a good present for anyone from Yorkshire or anyone who likes old maps. For a funny take on the whole country, see Tim Bulmer's Map of England.
