Popcorn Kitchen started on the Surrey food festival circuit in 2012 with a mobile kettle and a sweet and salt recipe that people kept asking to take home in a bag. The company now hand pops mushroom corn, the big round kind, in small batches from its base in Woking, and became a certified B Corp in 2024. The giant money bottle is the one to buy for a child, a student or an office: half a kilo of popcorn to share, then a money box once it is empty.
