Nyetimber
The first vines at Nyetimber were planted in 1988, in the lee of the South Downs at West Chiltington in West Sussex. The estate itself is far older and appears in the Domesday Book of 1086 as Nitimbreha. Eric Heerema has owned it since 2006, and the wines are made by the traditional method using only grapes from its own vineyards.
