Lyme Bay Winery

Lyme Bay Winery sits at Shute, outside Axminster in East Devon, and was set up by Nigel Howard in 1993 to make West Country cider. It buys grapes from a network of growers across the south of England, mostly in the South East, and makes the wine in Devon. That lets it pick the fruit it wants each year instead of relying on one vineyard.
