Angus Cameron and Michael Brooks started Cambrook in 2012, and the name is simply their two surnames joined together. The nuts are made at the company's own factory in Andover, Hampshire, where the savoury ones are baked rather than fried. The caramelised nuts are tumbled with honey and sugar in continental roasting pans. A bag of the baked salted cashews is the easy thing to put out with a drink.
