Tracklements Smokin' Chipotle Sauce

Tracklements make this hot sauce at Easton Grey in Wiltshire, blending smoked chipotle chillies with scotch bonnet and red chillies for a deep, smoky heat. Cider vinegar, onions, red peppers and tomatoes give it body, while a little raw cane sugar, coriander and lime juice round out the flavour.

It is hot but balanced, smoky first and fiery after, with a pourable consistency that wants a shake before use. Each bottle holds 150ml.

Add a dash to pulled pork, hot dogs and anything off the barbecue, or stir it through Mexican eggs at breakfast. It lifts tacos, burgers and grilled chicken without burying them. English-made and suitable for vegans, gluten free. Keep it in the fridge once opened and give it a good shake.

Delivery

We send food and drink, so parcels never wait in depots over the weekend. Order by midday, Monday to Thursday, for next-day delivery: DPD with a one-hour window for most orders, APC Overnight's specialist liquid service for anything containing wine, spirits or other liquids. Orders after midday Thursday, or over the weekend, dispatch on Monday.

Cheese is cut fresh to order and sent chilled, dispatched every Monday and Wednesday. Everything in your order ships together in one insulated box, arriving the next day.

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, missing an item, or not as described, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the packaging and the affected item. Please keep all packaging until we've reviewed the issue.
