Single Variety Co. began at Nicola's kitchen table and is now made in small batches at their jam factory in Bristol. The name comes from the Sonata strawberry, and they build each preserve around a single fruit variety to let its own flavour come through.

This one is packed with English strawberries: 61g of fruit per 100g, set with natural pectin and a little lemon juice, and made with noticeably less sugar than a traditional jam, so the fruit leads rather than the sweetness. Good on toast and scones, or spooned over waffles and ice cream.

Net weight 225g. Suitable for vegetarians and vegans.

Delivery & Returns

Delivery

Because we send food and drink, we keep transit times short and never let parcels sit in depots over the weekend. All orders are dispatched Monday to Thursday and delivered next day via DPD or APC Overnight, depending on contents.

Non-liquid orders travel with DPD and include a one-hour delivery window, so you know exactly when to expect your parcel. Orders containing wine, spirits or other liquids are sent via APC Overnight's specialist liquid service, where parcels are hand-sorted and kept in dedicated cages throughout transit.

Order by 12pm (midday) for next-day delivery. Orders placed after midday on Thursday, or over the weekend, are dispatched the following Monday. We do not deliver on Saturdays or Sundays.

Standard delivery is £6.95, free on orders over £60.

Returns

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, missing an item, or not as described, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the outer packaging, inner packaging, and affected item as received.

Please keep all packaging until we have reviewed the issue, as we may be unable to assess damage claims where the item or packaging has been discarded.
