Maida Vale is a washed-rind cheese from Village Maid at Riseley in Berkshire, its rind bathed in IPA as it matures. Supple and savoury, with a gentle beery warmth beneath the pale orange rind. A 200g round, sent chilled. Bring it up to room temperature before serving.
