Chococo's Dorset kitchen takes Ecuadorian cocoa to a smooth 72% with mellow dark-fruit notes — a Great Taste winner, and vegan-friendly. Cox & Co. bring a 60% Colombian bar shot through with blood orange and cacao nibs.
Anchoring them, a 325g box of Charbonnel et Walker Fine Dark Chocolates from the London chocolatier holding a Royal Warrant since 1875.
