Cox & Co. Bee Pollen & Honey 60% Dark Chocolate Bar

Founder Gavin Cox spent his younger years in South America, where all of Cox & Co's cacao is grown, and this bar is the family name on a plate: dark Colombian chocolate sweetened with panela rather than refined sugar, finished with honey and a scatter of bee pollen that adds a faint floral crunch. The Great Taste judges starred it in 2019.

The cacao comes from the Casa Luker estate in Colombia, where Cox & Co work directly with growers on quality and traceability, including the Chocolate Dream project supporting farming communities and biodiversity. Farm to bar, guaranteed free of child and slave labour, and wrapped plastic free.

Dark chocolate with a gentler landing than its 60% suggests. One for the dark chocolate drinker who has earned something a little golden.

Delivery

We send food and drink, so parcels never wait in depots over the weekend. Order by midday, Monday to Thursday, for next-day delivery: DPD with a one-hour window for most orders, APC Overnight's specialist liquid service for anything containing wine, spirits or other liquids. Orders after midday Thursday, or over the weekend, dispatch on Monday.

Cheese is cut fresh to order and sent chilled, dispatched every Monday and Wednesday. Everything in your order ships together in one insulated box, arriving the next day.

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, missing an item, or not as described, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the packaging and the affected item. Please keep all packaging until we've reviewed the issue.
