Chococo Nothing But Nibs 47% Milk Chocolate Bar

Nothing But Nibs is a 75g bar of 47% Colombia origin milk chocolate studded with roasted cocoa nibs from Ecuador. Chococo make it in Swanage, Dorset, where the Burnet family have made chocolate since December 2002 and describe the bar as their homage to the Grenada Chocolate Company's Nibalicious.

The milk chocolate is the maker's signature blend, produced for them in Colombia from Fino de Aroma cocoa and described by the producer as rich yet creamy. The nibs, 6.7% of the bar, are roasted and chopped Arriba cocoa from Ecuador, so they bring a crunchy, toasty bitterness against the smooth sweetness around them. Nothing else goes in: no caramel, no fruit, no salt.

Give it to someone who says milk chocolate is too sweet, because the nibs pull it back towards proper cocoa. It goes well with a strong coffee such as Cornish Coffee Stupidly Strong, and chopped up it makes a good topping for brownies or porridge. The bar weighs 75g and is packed in a recyclable paper pouch inside a cardboard box, with no plastic. It contains milk and may contain traces of gluten, nuts and soya. Store cool and dry, away from strong smells.

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, missing an item, or not as described, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the packaging and the affected item. Please keep all packaging until we've reviewed the issue.
