Rosebud Preserves

Rosebud Farm at Healey, near Masham in North Yorkshire, is where Elspeth Biltoft started Rosebud Preserves in 1989, working from eight of her mother's recipes. Two nineteenth-century barns on the farm were converted for production that autumn. The jams and jellies set without added pectin, and Bramley apples are peeled and cored by hand.
