King Stone Dairy

David Jowett trained as a chef, worked at Neal's Yard Dairy and at Jasper Hill Farm in Vermont, and began making Rollright in 2015. King Stone Dairy makes its cheeses by hand at Manor Farm, Chedworth, in the Gloucestershire Cotswolds, with organic milk from the farm's own herd. Rollright is banded in spruce bark and has a washed rind.
