Six 20g mini bars in a box that opens like a book, running from a 40% white chocolate to a 75% dark. Pump Street Chocolate, the family-run bakers and chocolate makers of Orford, Suffolk, make every bar from the bean: roasted, winnowed, stone-ground, conched for days and tempered by hand in small batches.
The line-up, in the maker's own words: Brown Bread 40%, a creamy white chocolate with the nutty sweetness of toasted bread; Togo 44%, a smooth milk with delicate caramel notes; Madagascar 58%, a vibrant dark milk with red fruit and citrus; Cookie Chip 60%, dark milk chocolate studded with pieces of the bakery's cookie; Sourdough & Sea Salt 66%, dark with a savoury twist of sourdough crumb and Halen Môn salt; and Jamaica 75%, an intense dark bar with earthy, fruity depth. Tasted in that order, the sugar drops and the cocoa climbs.
This is the box to open with three or four people and a pot of Cornish Coffee Original, breaking each bar into squares and comparing notes. It makes an easy present for anyone who takes chocolate seriously, and it slips into any of our gift hampers without fuss.

Delivery
We send food and drink, so parcels never wait in depots over the weekend. Order by midday, Monday to Thursday, for next-day delivery: DPD with a one-hour window for most orders, APC Overnight's specialist liquid service for anything containing wine, spirits or other liquids. Orders after midday Thursday, or over the weekend, dispatch on Monday.
Cheese is cut fresh to order and sent chilled, dispatched every Monday and Wednesday. Everything in your order ships together in one insulated box, arriving the next day.

Returns
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, missing an item, or not as described, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the packaging and the affected item. Please keep all packaging until we've reviewed the issue.
