The first in Pump Street's Double Origin series: cocoa from Ambanja, salt from Anglesey, ground together.
A 55% dark milk chocolate bar made in Orford, Suffolk by Pump Street Chocolate, a family-run bean-to-bar maker working above their own bakery.
The cocoa is from Akesson's organic estate in Ambanja, Madagascar, the Sambirano Valley, known for its red-fruit character. Finely ground Halen Môn sea salt is folded through the bar to lift the natural fruit and bring out notes of dulce de leche, honey and soft caramel.
Best eaten slowly, with a pot of coffee or a glass of something sweet.

Delivery
Because we send food and drink, we keep transit times short and never let parcels sit in depots over the weekend. All orders are dispatched Monday to Thursday and delivered next day via DPD or APC Overnight, depending on contents.
Non-liquid orders travel with DPD and include a one-hour delivery window, so you know exactly when to expect your parcel. Orders containing wine, spirits or other liquids are sent via APC Overnight's specialist liquid service, where parcels are hand-sorted and kept in dedicated cages throughout transit.
Order by 12pm (midday) for next-day delivery. Orders placed after midday on Thursday, or over the weekend, are dispatched the following Monday. We do not deliver on Saturdays or Sundays.
Standard delivery is £6.95, free on orders over £60.
Returns
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, missing an item, or not as described, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the outer packaging, inner packaging, and affected item as received.
Please keep all packaging until we have reviewed the issue, as we may be unable to assess damage claims where the item or packaging has been discarded.
