A farmhouse in central Italy is where TruffleHunter began: Nigel Whitehouse and Omi Pears bought it in 2007 and came across truffles in the local markets. They came home in 2010 and set up the business, now based at South Cerney in Gloucestershire. Their English Truffle Oil blends cold-pressed rapeseed oil with English black truffle.
