Barney Jack's
Barney Jack's is a range of traditional sweet shop sweets sold by the bag: mint humbugs, pear drops, cola cubes, fruit jellies and Pontefract cakes among them. The mint humbugs are striped and hard-boiled, and the condensed milk in the recipe gives them a softer, chewy middle. The range also runs to popcorn, in toffee and in sweet and salty.
