Tracklements Wild Garlic Sauce

Made by Tracklements in Sherston, Wiltshire. Wild garlic gives this sauce its green, springtime note. Honey and mustard sit quietly behind it.

The taste is fresh and savoury. The garlic reads as leafy rather than sharp. A little honey rounds the edges. The mustard brings gentle warmth at the finish, never harsh.

Spoon it over pork tenderloin or roast chicken. Stir it through a warm potato salad. It also lifts new potatoes, cold cuts and a plain cheeseboard. A spoonful folded into yogurt makes a quick dip.

The jar holds 140g. Keep it in the fridge once opened and use within a month.
