Hawkshead Relish Seville Orange Marmalade
Hawkshead Relish have made preserves from The Square in Hawkshead, in the Lake District, since 1999. This is their Seville orange marmalade — made in small batches from Seville oranges, the sharp, bitter variety that gives a proper marmalade its backbone, set with pectin and balanced against the sugar so it lands sharp rather than sweet.
Plenty of peel, a clean citrus finish. Built for breakfast toast, but it also earns its place glazing meat or alongside a strong cheese. No preservatives. Net weight 215g. Suitable for vegetarians and vegans.
