Rebel Artisan Hot Sauce
Rebel is the smoky one in the Big Ginger Sauce Co range, made in Surrey and built for the grill. Chipotle and oak smoked paprika carry the smoke, while pomegranate and date molasses lend a dark, syrupy sweetness underneath.
The heat sits a notch above its stablemate Angel, a 4/5 that creeps in on the back of fermented Scorpion peppers and mixed chillies. Garlic and ginger round out a long, layered spice blend, so there is flavour to follow the fire rather than fire alone.
This is where it belongs: brushed onto ribs and wings, stirred through a meat or vegetable chilli, splashed into wraps and burgers. Anywhere smoke and sweetness earn their place.

All orders are dispatched next-day via DPD or APC Overnight, depending on contents.
Non-liquid orders travel with DPD and include a one-hour delivery window, so you know exactly when to expect your parcel.
Orders containing wine, spirits or other liquids are sent via APC Overnight's specialist liquid service, where parcels are hand-sorted and kept in dedicated cages throughout transit.

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, missing an item, or not as described, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the outer packaging, inner packaging, and affected item as received. Please keep all packaging until we have reviewed the issue, as we may be unable to assess damage claims where the item or packaging has been discarded.
