Drunken Burt is a soft cheese from Burt's Cheese at Holmes Chapel in Cheshire, washed in cider as it ripens. Gentle and creamy beneath a wrinkled rind, with a soft orchard note running through it. A 220g round, sent chilled. Bring it up to room temperature before serving.
